After 6 years of 3seeds cooking school we are hanging up our apron strings.
Our last class will be on June 22 - Salmon 3 ways.
After 2 years of struggling with a damaged knee, coupled with the ongoing financial pressures of having to re locate from our home at the markets for 6 years, I feel it is time. After nearly 38 years of standing, walking, cooking and chopping, I have come to the realisation that the body cannot sustain the physical toll. It has been a great journey, with lots of laughs, the odd tear and meeting the most amazing people from all walks of life.... so time to close one book and reopen another.
All vouchers will need to be redeemed before this date. If the class appears to be booked out online, feel free to call or email us, we will be more than happy to squeeze in a few extra places, Or possibly just book that last 3 seeds experience with your friends.
Thank you for all the years of laughs, kind words and friendship and we look forward to a new chapter in our family life.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Spanish tapas class last night. You have created such a fantastic environment at 3seeds. I had loads of fun and got lots of cooking tips, not to mention the delicious recipes! I think you do an amazing job running the class and can’t wait for the next one. See you next week for the three course French dinner party class.
I did the ‘Fabulous Fish’ course on Saturday 5th Sept, and just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the course. This was the first one that I’ve done with 3Seeds, and I was really impressed – I learned so much, Andrew’s knowledge and passion for what he does is incredible and the kitchen and facilities there are amazing – everything is so clean and the venue itself is perfect!
Thank you too Catherine for cleaning up after us!! – it made a real difference to being able to cook, learn and then sit down and relax and enjoy what we’d made with the others in the class, so this aspect was certainly very much appreciated. Thanks so much for a great course – I will be doing another one with 3 Seeds again soon, and will definitely be recommending the school to others
Simply, I learnt more in 3 hours than I have in 3 years of buying and cooking truffles on my own. While all of the food prepared and enjoyed was exquisite and wonderfully full of truffle flavours, the big extras that I could take away were an understanding of how to layer truffle through the ingredients of a dish, and also how to really make full and multiple use of a truffle. A very big thank you to Andrew and the team!
