Welcome to 3seeds

3seeds is a hands on cooking school at the Fyshwick Markets. The cooking school operates from a purpose built kitchen proudly sponsored by Electrolux. The classes are constantly evolving ranging from Spanish, BBQ to knife techniques. Friends are able to join in for the meal at the end which the students have prepared and cooked. Complimentary wine  is included. Private classes are also available for your next team building event, hens or Christmas party. See the schedule which is updated regularly or send us an email to design a menu for your private class.

We have just released our Winter cooking classes which will run until the end of August. To view the schedule online click here.  These classes may be booked online, otherwise phone us on 6295 7722. Vouchers purchased after 24th August 2013 may be redeemed online with a voucher code, otherwise you will need to send us an email or call with the class of your choice & voucher order number.

We have put together a calendar of events for this winter including the Truffle Festival, where we will be holding demos, master classes and lunches. The festival will be bigger than ever with Antonio Carluccio as the Ambassador. Antonio & Andrew will holding a hands on truffle class on Sunday 27th July here at 3seeds to produce a 4 course meal (Booked out). In addition we are teaming up with French Black Truffles for a hunt & cook package. You will do a hunt on the farm, then Andrew will teach you how to make the most of your truffles with a one hour demonstration. You will then finish up with a tasting of everything Andrew has made overlooking the beautiful farm at, 23 Mt Majura Rd Pialligo/Majura ACT (next door to Mount Majura Vineyard). Hi Andrew,
I Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Spanish tapas class last night. You have created such a fantastic environment at 3 seeds. I had loads of fun and got lots of cooking tips, not to mention the delicious recipes! I think you do an amazing job running the class and can’t wait for the next one. See you next week for the three course French dinner party class.
